The Lemartec Scheduler will assist Project Managers in the planning and scheduling of design & construction projects preferably in Heavy Industrial construction.
POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to plan and execute the Project Controls requirements for a project. This role is responsible for providing technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training, and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists. This position serves as Cost Manager on projects managed out of the Corporate Office. Acting as a key resource on a project team, the role will require collaboration at all levels, including: client representatives, subcontractors, project management and functional leads.
The Lemartec Project Manager - WWTP is responsible for managing, leading, coordinating, and administering the project from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations, and prime contract close-out. Experience working in the construction of Waste Water Treatment Plants, to include portable water distribution, and pumping. Also supports communications and presentations to customers. Supervises the development of budgets and schedules, manages performance, reports progress, and initiates action to assure project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget and according to specifications.

Responsibilities includes pre-bid attendance as needed, bid management, vendor databases, cost databases, estimating software, and estimating best practices. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in construction estimating. The candidate should possess an understanding of contractual requirements, conceptual estimating, design drawings (P&ID, PFD, etc.) and project specifications. The candidate should be able to understand risk assessment analysis and have proven estimating experience in multiple markets and geographic locations.
